A  psychiatrist is a doctor to whom

you tell things you wouldn’t tell your own mother,

and if you did,

she’d have the common decency not to believe you.

–Miss Victoria Woodsworth’s definition of a psychiatrist in the movie, Fitzwilly, 1967

I decided to watch this Dick Van Dyke romantic comedy because I love finding "new" old movies.  The muted colors, fantastic outfits, and general sense that the world's a pretty good place after all, make them an effective comfort for a bummer day.  The witty one liners in this one are tossed away so sneaky and quick you'll miss them.  That one had me laughing for awhile.
